Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice in microwave according to package directions.
  2. In large skillet set over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in panko. Cook, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden brown and toasted. Transfer to bowl. Wipe skillet clean with paper towel.
  3. Pour condensed soup and milk into skillet set over medium heat. Stirring often, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. Stir in Cheddar and Parmesan. Cook, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  4. Stir in rice, green onion and sriracha. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until evenly combined.
  5. Divide rice mixture among 4 bowls. Garnish with toasted bread crumbs.

Tip: Substitute panko bread crumbs with regular bread crumbs if preferred.
