Where can I buy your products?

Click on the "Find this product near you" button from any of the product detail pages and you will be directed to the store locator widget. Enter your 5-digit zip code and hit GO. It will show you a list of stores that sell InnovAsian Cuisine® Meals. We recommend that you call the store to ensure they have stock.

Can I order your products online or directly from you?

At this time there are no options to order products directly from us. Depending on your location, there are several on-line options available for you to choose from.

Can I purchase the sauce separately?

No. All sauces are components of the meal.

Can I defrost the meals in the refrigerator?

We do not recommend this step. The safe handling procedure states KEEP FROZEN.

I placed my bag of sauce and bag of chicken in warm water to thaw. What do I do if the water gets inside the bag of chicken?

Please read the preparation instructions carefully. It states to place ONLY THE BAG OF SAUCE in warm water to thaw. There is no need to thaw the bag of chicken.

What does no MSG mean?

MSG is an abbreviation for Monosodium Glutamate. It is used as a food additive. InnovAsian Cuisine® does not add MSG.

Why are the sodium levels in your Asian meals so high?

Most of the sodium comes from the soy sauce in the sauces. Soy sauce is one of the most essential ingredients in our sauces. You can certainly try one of our citrus sauced meals to avoid the high sodium level, such as Orange Chicken Breast and Sweet & Sour Chicken.

How is COVID-19 impacting InnovAsian’s operations?

Consumers may find some of our products out of stock at times. Supply chain interruption, coupled with high retail demand, have made it difficult for us to fill every order. We are working around the clock to get back to full capacity as safely and quickly as possible.

Is COVID-19 a foodborne illness?

No. According to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), there is no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with the transmission of COVID-19.

How is InnovAsian ensuring its products are safe?

COVID-19 is not currently known to be transmitted through food or food packaging. Nonetheless, InnovAsian and its co-packers have adopted additional safety measures to ensure personal hygiene and the sanitary handling, preparing, processing and transporting of our food products.

Where can I learn more about COVID-19 and food safety?

Various federal agencies have issued guidance and protocols around food safety, including:
