Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken according to the package instructions.
  2. Once cooked, chop the chicken into small bite-sized pieces and toss with the sauce packet.
  3. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the shredded cabbage mix and sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir to combine. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you (like a diamond shape).
  6. Spoon a small amount of the sautéed vegetables and chopped chicken onto the center of the wrapper.
  7. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling then fold in the sides.
  8. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of beaten egg.
  9. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (or conventional oven to 400°F).
  10. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Cook for 10–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  12. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  13. Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
