Cooking Instructions

Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic and soy sauce. Add Vegetables and toss to coat. Place vegetables on foil sheet then fold and crimp to make an enclosed packet. Place on grill or in oven with seam side up. Cook for 20 minutes at 400F
