Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Fried Rice in microwave, one at a time, according to package directions.
  2. Transfer chicken fried rice onto serving platter. Arrange on top in rows the mixed greens, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, bacon and Monterey Jack cheese. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing.

Tips: Substitute honey mustard dressing with creamy cucumber, ranch or Caesar dressing if preferred.

Top also with chopped hard-cooked eggs if desired.

Substitute shredded Monterey Jack with crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese if preferred.
