- Prepare Chicken Fried Rice in microwave, one at a time, according to package directions.
- Transfer chicken fried rice onto serving platter. Arrange on top in rows the mixed greens, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, bacon and Monterey Jack cheese. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing.
Tips: Substitute honey mustard dressing with creamy cucumber, ranch or Caesar dressing if preferred.
Top also with chopped hard-cooked eggs if desired.
Substitute shredded Monterey Jack with crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese if preferred.
