*Internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment vary in temperature.

Microwave (Preferred method)
4 minutes 30 seconds
  1. Place tray on a microwavable safe plate.
  2. Peel back film from one corner to vent Vegetable Lo Mein.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir contents
  5. Continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 1 minute, may need an additional 30 seconds or until hot*.
CAUTION: CONTENTS ARE HOT. USE CARE WHEN HANDLING THE TRAY. NOTE: OPERATING AT 1200 WATTS. MICROWAVES MAY VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES TO INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE.
Stir Fry
6 minutes
  1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a stove top pan on MEDIUM for 1 minute or until oil is hot.
  2. Add Vegetable Lo Mein and lower heat to LOW and cover with lid for 6-7 minutes*, stirring occasionally.
Oven
40 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Peel the film back in one corner. Place tray on a baking sheet and into the oven and set a timer for 30 minutes
  3. Stir contents halfway through the baking process.
  4. Continue to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until hot*.
  5. Carefully remove film. Stir, and enjoy.
