MICROWAVE (Preferred method)
5 minutes 30 seconds

1. Place tray on a microwave safe plate.

2. Peel back film from one corner to vent.

3. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.

4. Stir contents.

5. Continue to cook on HIGH for 1½ minutes, may need an additional 30 seconds or until hot**.

CAUTION: CONTENTS ARE HOT. USE CARE WHEN HANDLING THE TRAY. NOTE: MICROWAVE OPERATING AT 1200 WATTS. MICROWAVES MAY VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES TO INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE.

PAN FRY
10 minutes
1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan on MEDIUM for 1 minute or until oil is hot.2. Add Beef Lo Mein and cook on MEDIUM, cover with a lid for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.3. Stir contents and cook an additional 4 minutes on LOW covered, stirring occasionally, until hot**.
OVEN
40 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Peel the film back in one corner. Place tray on a baking sheet and into the oven for 30 minutes.

3. Stir contents halfway through the baking process.

4. Continue to bake for an additional 5 - 10 minutes, or until hot**.

5. Carefully remove film. Stir, and enjoy.
