GRILLED WHITE CHICKEN MEAT STRIPS WITH A SPICY KOREAN-STYLE BBQ SAUCE, BROCCOLI, RED BELL PEPPERS, AND ONIONS WITH A SEASONED RICE AND QUINOA BLEND
CONTAINS: MILK, SESAME, SOY, WHEAT.
1. Place SAUCE pouch in warm water to thaw. 2. Heat 1-1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over MEDIUM HIGH heat. 3. Add bag of chicken & vegetables to the pan. 4. Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally until hot**. 5. Add SAUCE and cover again to cook another 2 to 4 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly hot**. 6. In a separate non-stick pan over medium heat add superfood rice and heat for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally until rice is thoroughly hot**. Serve with Stir-Fry.
1. Place SAUCE pouch in warm water to thaw. 2. Empty bag of chicken and vegetables in a microwave safe container and top with SAUCE. Cover with plastic wrap and poke with a few holes to vent. 3. Microwave on HIGH heat for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until hot**. 4. Place frozen, self-venting bag of rice in the microwave with the seam side up. 5. Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. Flip bag of rice and continue heating on high 4-6 minutes until hot**. NOTE: Our self-venting bag will inflate – no need to punch holes in the bag.
